What this site is — and what it is not
Chanua KE is an education and media publication. We explain business, markets and economics, and we help people prepare for interviews.
We are not licensed investment, tax or legal advisers. We are not a broker, a dealer, a fund manager or a financial institution of any kind, and we are not regulated as one.
Nothing on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We do not know your circumstances, and general explanation is not personal advice. Investing carries risk, including losing the money you put in. Past returns tell you nothing reliable about future ones.
We never hold or receive your money. There is no account to fund, no deposit to make, and anyone claiming otherwise in our name is not us.
Figures on this site come from the primary sources we name, on the dates we name. They can be revised by the publisher, and they go out of date. Check them yourself before acting on them.
Our content
The writing, design and structure on this site belong to Chanua KE Limited.
You may read it, share links to it, quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link, and use it in your own studies and interview preparation. That is the point of publishing it.
You may not republish whole pieces as your own, sell it, or use it to train a commercial model without asking us first. Ask — the answer is often yes.
What you send us
If you send us an interview question, a correction or a suggestion, you are giving us permission to publish it. We publish the question, the employer type and the cycle. We do not publish your name or contact details.
Do not send us anything you are under a confidentiality obligation about. A question you were asked in an interview is your experience. Internal assessment materials are not.
Subscriptions
CHANUA+ is not open yet. Nothing on this site is currently for sale and we are not collecting payment details.
When it opens, these terms will set out, clearly and before you pay:
- the price, and the currency
- the billing period, and whether it renews automatically
- how to cancel, and what happens to your access when you do
- the refund position
Our current intention — stated here so it is on the record — is prepaid terms rather than automatic recurring charges, cancellation at any time with access continuing to the end of the period already paid for, and a full refund within seven days if the first issue after payment is not worth it.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, and we will not always succeed. We publish without any warranty that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent Kenyan law allows, Chanua KE Limited is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on what you read here. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

We link to primary sources because you should check us. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the Brief, not slipped in quietly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have jurisdiction.
